Terms and Conditions
Please read the following carefully, sign bottom of page and fax to (+27

Payment
To confirm your reservation, Montanha Lodge requires a 50% deposit of the
total cost within 7 days. A R500.00 key/breakables deposit will also be
required which will be fully refunded within one week after departure provided
no breakages occurred. The deposit secures your reservation. Full payment
is required 30 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt of full payment, we
will provide you with your reservation confirmation and additional information
pertaining to your booking. Please ensure that you receive all this information
prior to commencing your trip. Payment may be made by direct bank deposits,
internet transfers or bank telegraphic transfers. Banking details will
be provided upon receipt of your booking form.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing 4 weeks prior to arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the package price less
25%. Any cancellation within the 4 week cancellation period will carry
a 75% cancellation fee.
Cancellation of Booking by Montanha Lodge
Montanha Lodge shall have the right to cancel any confirmed booking at
any time prior to and during the reserved date, without any liability
towards the Client, any guest or invitee, should it be deemed necessary
by Montanha Lodge as a result of any reason beyond the control of Montanha
Lodge or as a result of any strikes, fires, cyclones, hurricanes, tropical
storms, or floods. In such an event, Montanha Lodge shall, without
any obligation to do so, use its best endeavours to assist the Client
in placing the reservation at an alternative venue.
Passport and Visa
Please ensure that your travel documents are in order before departing
as we cannot be held liable for any guests being refused entry or re-entry
into any country for any reason whatsoever.
No Claim for Damages
Montanha Lodge and the owners/management shall take every reasonable
precaution but shall not be responsible for any loss of life, injury
or damage suffered by the Client, any guest or invitee as a result
of any act or omission by any owner, employee, contractor or subcontractor.
The Client indemnifies Montanha Lodge and the owners/management against
any or all such claims, however arising. Neither Montanha Lodge nor
the owners/management thereof shall be held responsible for any loss
of or damage to Client property.
Discontinuation of Services
I hereby acknowledge that Montanha Lodge will not be held responsible
for any loss or injury (including death) that I or my guests may suffer
as a result of my stay at Montanha Lodge. I agree to make no claim
against Montanha Lodge arising out of the trip and I further agree
that no third party may make claim through me or on my behalf. The
provisions of this release shall apply to Montanha Lodge, its directors,
home-owners, employees and agents. Should any dispute arise between
the parties such dispute will be governed exclusively by the laws of
South Africa.
